We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II who is passionate about building intelligent, AI-powered digital experiences. This role combines strong Full Stack engineering expertise with the ability to leverage Generative AI, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and create innovative member experiences.


The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can design scalable solutions, drive technical excellence, and champion the adoption of AI-driven software development practices.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot), React.js/React Native, and AWS
  • Build AI-powered experiences such as smart search, personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and solution quality
  • Apply Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development practices to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
  • Mentor team members on modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices
  • Drive quality through TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and responsible AI practices
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech (Minimum 16 years of formal education)
  • 8+ years of experience in Full Stack development
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, and Cloud-native architectures
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools
  • Solid expertise in Java (Spring Boot), React.js/React Native, and AWS
  • Solid background in software design, architecture, and Agile delivery
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, and GenAI-powered software development


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, or similar GenAI platforms
  • Experience building AI-driven applications, chatbots, smart forms, or recommendation engines
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless Architecture
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare and Payment Integrity domain
  • Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
