Your Responsibilities
As a Mendix Developer within our development team, you will:
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Mendix applications
• Take ownership of one of our flagship applications—your work will be visible and used across the organization
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate user stories into functional and user-friendly solutions
• Test and debug applications in line with our quality standards
• Analyze issues and implement solutions
• Document development processes and technical specifications
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to improving team standards
What You Bring
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in software development
• Hands-on experience with the Mendix platform
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies in an IT environment
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Mendix Advanced certification (or willingness to obtain this in the near future)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Mendix Cloud
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong communication abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
