YOUR TASKS
In this role, you will actively contribute to the development ofnext-generation driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous drivingsolutions:
- Develop, design, and optimize highly realistic RADAR simulation models, with a focus on transmission and reception characteristics (frontend)
- Implement high-performance GPU-based algorithms to handle complex computational workloads while meeting real-time requirements
- Integrate simulation models into modern ray tracing frameworks, and continuously validate and optimize them using real-world measurement data
- Support and advise internal stakeholders in RADAR development, as well as testing and validation teams
- Collaborate within international and distributed development teams, including coordination with global engineering locations
- Apply AI/ML methods to enhance simulation models and evaluation processes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, CUDA, and MATLAB (or comparable technologies)
- Proven experience in GPU computing and high-performance software development
- Knowledge of signal processing and statistics, ideally with exposure to RADAR systems
- Experience with modern development tools and practices (e.g., GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews)
- Familiarity with software quality processes, modular design, and test-driven development
- Initial hands-on experience with AI / Machine Learning is a plus
- Strong communication skills and experience working in international and distributed teams
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
