Opportunity Overview
This individual will serve as a key member of the Digital Product Development team, leading software support efforts while remaining hands-on with development. The role is focused on maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable applications while coordinating production support, code quality, deployments, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the software support function
Perform code reviews and coordinate deployments
Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve production and QA issues
Maintain application security, supportability, and code quality standards
Develop and enhance applications using modern Microsoft and Angular technologies
Partner closely with Product, Infrastructure, QA, and Customer Experience teams
Drive production support, vulnerability remediation, and operational excellence
Contribute to Agile planning, estimation, and delivery efforts
