They are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join their team.
This role is a Contract position.
Position will be REMOTE.
Remote - Must be based in Mexico Long term contract PythonAgile/Scrum environment experienceDesign, develop, and implement automation framework in support of SW ProjectsDevelop Automation scripts for test cases as determined by each Project sprint cycleSupport the execution, analysis, and maintenance of CI/CD regressionDevelop and review test cases and test scripts, report product issues, update sprint tasks.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.Execute manual test cases to validate application functionality and ensure high-quality releases.Run regression test suites, analyze failures, and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent test pass rates.Maintain and update test cases, ensuring accurate test status and coverage at all times.PythonHands-on experience with test automation using Playwright and TypeScript (preferred), or strong experience in at least one programming language with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.Solid understanding of manual testing concepts, including test case design, execution, and defect management.Proficiency with version control systems, particularly GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
Experience executing and maintaining regression test suites, including failure analysis and debugging.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using CircleCI, for automated test execution.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Red Oak Technologies is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and lifestyles.
