Role: Senior QE / Test Automation Engineer (Mobile)
Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite/week)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior QE/Test Automation Engineer with a strong background in mobile application testing and automation.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks for iOS and Android applications while driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for mobile applications.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and quality risks.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with QA, Development, and Product teams to improve product quality.
Perform root-cause analysis of test failures and support issue resolution.
Mentor junior team members and promote automation best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
~5+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation
~ Strong experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android)
~ Hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, Espresso, XCTest, or similar tools
~ Programming experience with Java, Python, Swift, or related languages
~ Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI
~ Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
~ Experience working in Agile environments
Nice to Have:
Exposure to AI-assisted testing or Agentic AI concepts
Hands-on experience with Cursor IDE
Testing or Automation certifications
