Starcom Program Manager

Crowned Grace International is seeking a Contract Program Manager for the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) with over six (6) years of project management experience, serving as CGINTL's single point of contact to the Government (CO/COR) and holding overall accountability for cost, schedule, and performance across the CGC effort. Leads contract execution from kick-off through post-execution, ensures on-time deliverables, and manages the integrated project team in handling day-to-day correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Present the contract kick-off meeting within 10 days of performance start, describing cost, schedule, and performance approach.
• Own recurring deliverables: Monthly Status Report, Contractor Personnel Roster, and the Quality Control Plan.
• Manage the 30-60-90% Government review cycle, risk mitigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate personnel actions and service continuity (turnover notice within 3 business days; vacancies not to exceed 14 calendar days).
• Interface across DoD stakeholders (e.g., STARCOM/Delta 1, HQ USSF) at multiple organizational levels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Program Management, or six (6) years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with engaging multiple DoD agencies and organizational levels.
• Must be a US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
