Duties
You will:
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for the Division to enhance intergovernmental engagement and meet the Agency's cooperative federalism objectives.
- Provide expert advice to EPA and OCIR senior political and career leadership on intergovernmental relations and associated emerging issues to support decision-making, and strategic and effective engagement.
- Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities of the Division to foster an environment that empowers employees and meets mission objectives while ensuring accountability.
- Represent the Agency to a variety of intergovernmental stakeholders to understand their issues and concerns and to impart the Agency's environmental goals and objectives.
- Review and evaluate the Division's organizational effectiveness and impact on Agency priorities through metrics, grants monitoring, and other applicable methods.
