About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic 1st Year Suspension Technician Apprentice to join our team at Fulcrum Suspensions Bundaberg.
In this role, you’ll:

Work alongside skilled and qualified technicians to develop your automotive expertise

Gain practical, hands-on experience with 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, brake upgrades, performance lowering suspension, and precision wheel alignments

Be involved with exciting projects that are different every day – from modified 4WDs to high-performance drift cars

Complete your Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology while building a long-term career in a supportive, team-focused environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, reliable, and ready to learn.
You’ll ideally bring:

Completion of Year 10 with strong English, Maths, and handwriting skills

A genuine passion for automotive or 4WD vehicles

A great attitude – honest, reliable, and ready for a challenge

Strong teamwork skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset

The commitment to completing a four-year apprenticeship
