Responsibilities
  • Design and enhance the mBridge-RTGS connector to interface with FPS using IBM Message Queue (MQ) and mBridge using API (SOAP), enabling seamless issuance or redemption of CBDC.
  • Enhance existing reporting system (VB.Net) for general reporting and logging functions related to FPS.
  • Evaluate and implement required development work related to the mBridge-RTGS Connector to facilitate CBDC issuance and redemption operations through both RTGS and FPS.
  • Collaborate with the project team and external stakeholders to define requirements and conduct integration testing.
  • Test and debug the automation solution to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support during system production preparation and deployment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery, including knowledge transfer and formal handover.

Qualifications
  • Degree Holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years’ working experience in Information technology industry for System Analyst position, at least 4 years related working experience for Analyst Programmer position.
  • Proficiency in Java and VB.NET programming languages.
  • Experience with MySQL database design and development.
  • Knowledge of IBM MQ and SOAP API integration.
  • Experience in handling SWIFT messages is an advantage.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
