We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Lead Process Engineering to lead process technology, industrialization, and manufacturing innovation initiatives across multiple production sites and product platforms. This role provides technical leadership for process development, technology deployment, product commercialization, and continuous improvement while driving manufacturing competitiveness, operational excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Process Engineering Leadership
- Lead process engineering activities across multiple manufacturing sites and product categories.
- Develop and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish manufacturing technology strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a technical authority for manufacturing processes, equipment, and product technologies.
Technology Development & Innovation
- Drive the development, scale-up, and deployment of new manufacturing technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, technology partners, and industry experts to enhance operational performance.
- Lead innovation initiatives that support product differentiation, productivity, and cost optimization.
Product Industrialization & Commercialization
- Support product development through successful technology transfer and industrialization activities.
- Partner with R&D and commercial teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and scalability.
- Lead commercialization efforts from pilot-scale development through full-scale manufacturing.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Lifecycle Management (LCM) initiatives.
Manufacturing Process Optimization
- Drive process improvements that enhance:

- Analyze manufacturing performance and implement solutions to improve operational outcomes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex process and equipment issues.

- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Manage technical documentation, change controls, and process approvals.
Technical Investigations & Quality Improvement
- Lead scientific investigations and root-cause analysis activities.
- Support CAPA programs, deviation investigations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure robust technical assessment and decision-making processes.
Project & Capital Management
- Provide oversight for capital investment and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Plan and execute:
