We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Banking/Wealth Management experience and exposure to Crypto, Digital Assets, or Blockchain. The candidate will manage complex technology programs and work closely with business, product, engineering, compliance, and senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end technology programs and multiple workstreams.
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and program governance.
- Partner with Banking, Wealth Management, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Drive initiatives involving Crypto, Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, Custody, Trading, and Stablecoins.
- Provide executive-level status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure programs meet security, regulatory, AML/KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery across distributed teams.
- 8+ years of Technology Program/Project Management experience.
- 5+ years in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.
- Strong understanding of banking/wealth management platforms and processes.
- Experience with Crypto, Blockchain, Digital Assets, or Web3 preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, APIs, Microservices, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
