About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India.
The role involves aligning five workstreams, managing cross-regional dependencies, leading Agile ceremonies, and providing executive-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones in a regulated financial services environment.
What You Will Do
Global Coordination: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression.
Workstream Alignment: Track the delivery of discrete milestones from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains.
Governance & Reporting: Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
MUST HAVE
5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs.
Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments.
Capable of independently managing teams across multiple products/projects.
Coaches organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and provides expert advice on project management practices without oversight.
NICE TO HAVE
Direct engineering background or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and Cloud Security architectures.
