Job Description:

Strong knowledge of Agile & SAFe practices, including Scrum ceremonies, DoR, DoD, ART, and PI Planning.

Hands-on experience with Jira/Rally for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.

Expertise in estimation, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource management.

Experience in creating and managing project roadmaps aligned to business goals.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle escalations and drive consensus.

Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and project governance.

Skilled in conflict resolution and handling complex project scenarios/challenging situations.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate project status and decisions effectively.
