We are critical part of productmanagement and hardware development process and are accountable for successfulproduct launches and ongoing support.

TheTechnical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) will collaborate with internal and externalengineering teams to conceive and design innovative consumer products.Throughout this process TPM will need to work closely with multi-disciplinarygroups including Product Design, Industrial Design, Hardware Engineering,Software Engineering, Reliability and Operations.

Theindividual must demonstrate technical leadership to:

Leadmechanical and manufacturing engineering workstreams team through productinvestigation, architecture, concept development, design, and validation.

Ensureengineering best practices and internal development processes are followed forall aspects of the end-product, including mechanical design and analysis,component evaluation and selection, design reviews, prototyping,characterization, testing, and productization.

Work withthe team to define and execute component, sub-system and full product testplans as needed to ensure robust engineering design.

Partnerwith cross-functional teams including industrial design, mechanicalengineering, software, test, integration, reliability, compliance/regulatory,verification, qualification, manufacturing, program management, etc.

You must beable to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not behindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only ableto develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll upyour sleeves, dig in, and get the job done.

As a TPM,you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate andmake trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

A day in thelife

Your daywill involve working with on new product concepts, debating engineering design,meeting cross functional teams and CMs and brainstorming with the product team.You will own the hardware design, and deliverables end to end and regularlypresent to the executive team.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor'sdegree in engineering or related field

7+ years ofexperience working directly with engineering teams

7+consumer/handheld product development

Experiencemanaging projects across cross functional teams, building sustainableprocesses, and coordinating release schedules good understanding of 2D and 3DCAD software PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master Level of education or greaterDemonstrated knowledge of tooling and materials process validation (SPC, Cp,CpK) and strong mechanical intuition.

Demonstrateddesign knowledge integrating component modules (I/O, Displays, Batteries, PCBs,etc.) Analytic problem-solving skills, including knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma,DOE or similar disciplines Proficiency with Design for Cost and Design forManufacture for consumer products Excellent verbal and written skills toeffectively communicate Hands on experience with development using outsidesupplier teams
