Job Description

Our international client specialising in designing and manufacturing technologies, and systems for industrial automation is seeking an Industrial Sales Representation to join their team in Paarl.

Our client is looking for a motivated personto join the sales department andsupport the development of their South African branch in Paarl.

The successfulcandidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengtheningrelationships with both existing and potential customers within theagro-industrial market.

The role includes regular visits to customer facilitiesto understand operational needs, collect technical information, and support thedevelopment of customized solutions and commercial proposals.

The candidatewill follow each project through all its phases, from initial assessment to thecommissioning and start-up of the processing line.

Requirements Preferableexperience in the fruit & vegetable sector, agro-processing, and/orindustrial machinery.
Strongtechnical aptitude and familiarity with industrial or agriculturalprocesses (a technical degree is a plus).
Willingnessand flexibility to travel across the region.
Excellentcommunication skills, written and verbal.
Highlevels of clarity, transparency, and professionalism.
Stronglistening, interpersonal abilities, and customer-focused mindset.
