Marcus & Millichap is the nation's largest commercial investment real estate brokerage firm with over 80 offices and closes more commercial real estate transactions annually than any other firm in the nation. This full-time, in-office opportunity is ideal for a detail oriented, proactive, and career driven individual to support a top performing investment sales team as a Transaction Coordinator in our Houston office. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of transaction documentation, maintaining organized records and coordinating with related parties to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational and writing skills, a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The base hourly range for this role is $31.25-$36.06 per hour. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
