Roles and Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3 D visualizations and photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial interior spaces and building elevations.
Develop detailed 3 D models from architectural drawings, interior layouts, elevation designs, sketches, and mood boards.
Produce realistic interior and exterior/elevation renders using 3ds Max , V-Ray , and Corona Renderer.
Interpret and work from Auto CAD floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and furnishings to achieve realistic and visually appealing presentations.
Create multiple design options and views to support client presentations and design approvals.
Perform post-production editing and image enhancement using Adobe Photoshop.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately represented.
Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and rendering workflows.
Preferred Cabdidate Profile:
Strong proficiency in 3ds Max with advanced rendering skills in V-Ray and Corona Renderer.
Good working knowledge of Auto CAD for reading and understanding architectural and interior drawings.
Expertise in creating interior visualizations, façade designs, and building elevations.
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentation enhancement.
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects and architectural elevation visualization.
Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, color schemes, and architectural detailing.
Ability to create realistic renderings that accurately communicate design concepts.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
A professional portfolio showcasing interior design visualizations and elevation projects is mandatory.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Visualization, or a related field.
Relevant experience in interior visualization and architectural elevation design.
Experience in animation, walkthroughs, and architectural presentations will be an added advantage.
