About the Role : We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of web projects from kickoff to launch. You'll be the connective tissue between teams - setting direction, keeping work organized in Azure DevOps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as features move from idea to production.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the team to define project objectives and build out a detailed work plan
- Lead day-to-day task management and set the communication cadence with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Track project activity, document agreements, and flag issues early - before they become problems
- Keep project documentation current and aligned with goals
- Set up and manage user stories in Azure DevOps
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years managing web projects, with a track record of shipping quality websites and features
- Comfort working across a complex stakeholder landscape - planning proactively and escalating when needed
- Solid grasp of software delivery best practices, with hands-on Azure DevOps (or similar) experience
- Strong communicator who can work fluidly with leadership, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams, and coach teams toward outcomes
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and modern software development practices
- Experience standing up project management tooling for a team
- Sharp attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple threads at once
- Experience running QA testing per established process
- Hands-on experience managing software release cycles
- Comfortable working directly with technical teams
Nice to Have
- A background in journalism, writing, or marketing - with an eye for detail, strong organization, and SEO know-how
- Experience with CMS platforms like AEM and SEO tools
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Azure, or Jira
- Experience managing budgets and resources
