SUMMARY As a Building Project Estimator you will work with contractors and/or customers from start to finish on all projects from remodels to new construction. Estimating plans/projects and contractor sales are the main priority in this position.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution Lead day-to-day construction management using established PMO standards and methodologies. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules. Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop skill interpersonal communication. • Continue developing knowledge of architectural applications. • Learn and understand methods and techniques of storing equipment, materials, and supplies. • Learn principles and procedures of record keeping.
