Job Title
This position will work on either an assembly line or at individual job stations to perform a wide variety of sub-assembly and final assembly operations to produce air conditioners for recreational vehicles.

None. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, safety material, and manuals used on the job.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to complete basic mathematics functions. Needs to be able to count accurately.
Reasoning Abilities
Ability to identify and describe problems. Ability to interpret and apply safety instructions provided orally or in writing to the job assigned.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions.
The employee is required to stand for 8 hours a day while performing the assembly functions, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, work overhead frequently, stoop, squat and bend repeatedly, have the motor skills to operate power tools for fastener installation, pick up small fasteners, and manipulate the parts into an assembled air conditioner. These tasks are done on a repetitive basis and may involve 300 400 units per day. Vision requirements include: close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Employee will be exposed to pieces of sheet metal, which may have sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, plastics, steel, copper, refrigerant, insulation and various adhesives and power tools on a daily basis. The noise level in the factory is moderate to loud.
