Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking to work on complex, high-precision aerospace and defense components?

Our client is a growing precision manufacturing company supporting some of the most demanding aerospace and defense programs in the United States. Due to continued investment and an expanding order book, they're looking for a Senior CNC Programmer to join their experienced manufacturing team.

This is an opportunity to work with advanced machining technology, contribute to mission-critical projects, and play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence within a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Program, set up, and optimize CNC milling and turning operations for complex, close-tolerance components
  • Create and modify CNC programs using Autodesk Fusion (CAD/CAM)
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing documentation
  • Select tooling, fixtures, machining strategies, and cutting parameters to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Perform first article inspections and support AS9102 documentation requirements
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues while driving continuous improvement
  • Mentor and support junior machinists, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
  • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality records while ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
  • Strong background programming and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes
  • Experience within aerospace, defense, medical, or another precision manufacturing environment
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills including GD&T
  • Experience using precision inspection equipment
  • Strong understanding of tooling, machining strategies, and process optimization
  • Experience with Autodesk Fusion preferred
  • Previous experience supporting AS9100, First Article Inspection (AS9102), or regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable
