Overview:
We’re seeking a CNC Mill Programmer with strong Mastercam experience and a background in vertical or horizontal milling. This role involves offline programming for close-tolerance, complex parts in a precision machining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC mills offline using Mastercam
- Read and interpret complex drawings and GD&T
- Create setups, fixtures, and optimize machining processes
- Collaborate with QC for first-piece approvals
- Support and train operators as needed
- Maintain documentation in ERP and inspection systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CNC mill setup and operation (vertical or horizontal)
- 1+ year of Mastercam programming experience
- Experience with close-tolerance, complex parts
- Strong GD&T and machining process knowledge
