Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong experience building scalable, secure, and accessible enterprise web portals using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Java Spring Boot, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing applications using a web chassis and micro-frontend architecture, including reusable UI components, shared services, configurable modules, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services, and standardized integration patterns.
Experience developing healthcare payer, health plan, member, provider, or broker portals is strongly preferred. The candidate should also have demonstrated experience using AI-assisted engineering tools across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve productivity, code quality, test coverage, and delivery metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web portals using Next.js 15, React 18/19, and TypeScript.
Develop reusable micro-frontends, shared UI components, hooks, utilities, and common services.
Build and maintain Backend-for-Frontend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
Develop Java 17 Spring Boot microservices using JPA/Hibernate and REST or GraphQL APIs.
Integrate applications with REST/OpenAPI, GraphQL, SOAP, and third-party enterprise services.
Develop and integrate AEM components, templates, content fragments, experience fragments, digital assets, and headless content.
Implement server-side rendering, static generation, routing, caching, state management, and application-performance optimization.
Develop reusable chassis capabilities for authentication, navigation, notifications, member preferences, analytics, accessibility, localization, error handling, and audit logging.
Create forms and data-driven user experiences using React Hook Form, React Query, Zustand, and Axios.
Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect, and SSO.
Write unit, integration, component, accessibility, and end-to-end automated tests.
Perform peer code reviews and ensure compliance with coding, security, performance, and accessibility standards.
Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to estimation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, deployment instructions, and operational runbooks.
Ensure accessibility requirements are included throughout discovery, design, development, testing, and release-not treated only as final-stage validation.
Familiarity with tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Axe, WAVE, or Lighthouse is must.
