Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer on behalf of our client in the United States. This role is ideal for a talented software engineer with strong experience in full-stack development, cloud-native applications, and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, build modern microservices architectures, and contribute to the integration of AI/LLM technologies within enterprise platforms. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment while delivering secure, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript, Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), React, or Angular.

Build and support cloud-native, event-driven microservices architectures.

Develop responsive, high-performing user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Create and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies into enterprise applications.

Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative software solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges while maintaining high coding standards.

Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and execute automated tests using modern testing frameworks.

Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability through industry best practices.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 17, Spring Boot), Node.js/TypeScript, and Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Experience developing front-end applications using React or Angular.

Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.

Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and cloud-native services.

Hands-on experience integrating AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions into production applications.

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.

Experience with automated testing tools and software quality best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS services such as ECS, S3, SQS, Aurora, and managed database services.
