Full-Stack Engineer

In this role, you will be directly involved in designing, developing, and launching features that not only delight their users but also bring measurable business impact. You’ll work closely with their from ideation to release, helping shape both their product and their technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and ship high-quality, user-facing features using TypeScript, React (Next.js), Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with the client’s team from concept to production.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system architecture improvements.
- Incorporate feedback and analytics to optimize performance and user experience.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in full-stack development with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with AI/LLMs or willingness to learn.
- Ability to independently own and ship features from start to finish.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and clean, efficient coding practices.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with design tools or product-focused engineering.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
