Responsibilities- Design AI-powered solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing and CI/CD workflows
- Build backend services, integrations and production-ready applications that embed LLM capabilities into engineering environments
- Develop AI-assisted automation to improve code review, testing and overall engineering productivity
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI enablement and establish best practices for scalable development
- Guide engineering teams in adopting AI tools and workflows during day-to-day delivery
- Define guardrails for responsible AI usage and measure adoption impact through quality, productivity and cycle-time improvements
Requirements
- Strong background in full-stack development with a mastery of Java and JavaScript
- Hands‑on expertise with large language models like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini
- Proven capability in developing agentic workflows featuring tool use, memory and multi-step reasoning for engineering tasks
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering and the integration of AI into production‑grade SDLC workflows
- Track record of building, testing and shipping production-ready solutions
- Problem‑solving ability, clear communication and a proactive approach to cross‑functional collaboration

- Background in the insurance or financial services industry
