Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will contribute to the development of cloud-native software solutions for our Linux-based automation platform, ctrlX Device Portal. Working in an agile environment, you will help design, implement, and continuously improve modern applications that enable efficient device and data management.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop applications for our Linux-powered control platform, ctrlX CORE.
  • Design and implement cloud-native microservices and backend components for device and data management.
  • Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Develop high-quality software by applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Continuously improve software quality, performance, and development processes within an agile environment.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Experience developing software using one or more cloud-native programming languages such as .NET, Python, or Go.
  • Experience developing frontend applications with TypeScript and Angular.
  • Experience with Linux-based development environments is beneficial.
  • Experience using Snapcraft is considered an advantage.

Know-how

  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity developing unit/integration tests.

Languages

  • Very good written and spoken English.

Working Style and Methods

  • Structured, solution-oriented, and quality-focused approach to software development.

Personality

  • Strong team player with a curious, proactive, and eagerness to learn new technologies attitude.
