We are seeking a talented and driven Junior JavaScript Developer to join our team in transforming how software is demonstrated for sales and marketing teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art demo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product Development experts, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver custom demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) builds designed to meet prospects’ technical needs in an engaging way
- Assist in integrating AI-driven solutions and automations to accelerate operational processes
- Translate customer feedback and requirements into impactful contributions for the product roadmap
- Create and maintain a collaborative demo asset library and related resources to support internal teams and drive consistency
- Draft comprehensive technical statements of work and activity reports for stakeholders, sharing key outcomes, challenges, and insights
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant technical role, particularly in web development
- Knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with skills in web request diagnostics
- Understanding of browser and network behaviors, web request-response cycles, authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT, browser storage options like localStorage and cookies, and frontend/backend interaction workflows
- Proficiency in tools such as Chrome DevTools or equivalent browser developer environments
- Competency in integrating AI technologies to improve workflow efficiency
- Strong communication ability to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
- Adaptability to the fast-paced nature of startup environments and evolving project requirements
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on identifying and addressing inefficiencies
- Empathy and familiarity with workflows of sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values
- Bias for action coupled with a proactive approach to solving problems
- Fluency in English at a B1 or higher proficiency level
