Responsibilities
- Create and deploy REST APIs to enable smooth system integrations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Enhance the platform by developing and integrating AI/LLM functionalities
- Maintain code quality by conducting testing, debugging, and peer reviews
- Keep up with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Mentor and support junior developers with technical guidance
- Engage in architectural planning and contribute to the design of technical solutions
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Experience with Python Web frameworks to create reliable web-based solutions
- Proven ability to design and implement REST APIs
- Background in AI technologies, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Django for web development
- Knowledge of FastAPI for developing high-performance APIs
- Experience integrating systems using Genesys
- Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development tasks
- Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication platforms
