We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Python Developer.
Job summary:
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable data architectures using BigQuery Python Cloud Dataproc and Cloud Dataflow
- Oversee the development and deployment of data solutions tailored to the Consumer Lending domain
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity and security across all data platforms
- Optimize data processing workflows for performance and cost-efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architectures and processes
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data processing and storage
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in cloud data solutions
- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to support their data needs
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in BigQuery Python Cloud Dataproc and Cloud Dataflow
- Have extensive experience in the Consumer Lending domain
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Show proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions
- Have a solid understanding of data security and compliance requirements
- Be familiar with agile development methodologies
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
- Show a track record of successful project delivery in a similar role
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Preferably have certifications in relevant cloud technologies
