Program Analyst Duties
As a Program Analyst, you will:
- Coach OST employees on professional development growth opportunities, provided through available learning activities, to help them achieve career goals.
- Conduct needs assessments/analyses, develops and updates learning objectives, activities, materials, and curriculum for internal training programs.
- Conduct in-depth research, analyses, benchmarking and interpretation of regulations, orders or law and applies them to learning programs.
- Develop and update training notices, manuals, and policies to ensure compliance agency policies, directives, and Federal training regulations.
