- Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python and Django framework
- Implement and integrate AI/ML solutions using LLM API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production systems
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Monitor and improve AI model performance using LangSmith and similar observability tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the product
- Deep dive into the property management domain to understand user needs and pain points
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development
- Strong expertise with Django framework and REST API development
- Hands-on experience implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments
- Proficiency with LLM API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Experience with LangSmith or similar LLM observability and debugging tools
- Solid understanding of RESTful service architecture and microservices
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in understanding business context and domain specifics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment
- English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
- Nice to have: Frontend development experience with React.js
- Experience in the PropTech or Real Estate industry
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG implementations
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
