Are you an experienced Technical Program Manager who enjoys leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives? Join our team and help deliver innovative eCommerce and Mobile solutions for a global retail client.

What you'll do

Lead complex cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution.
Drive delivery across multiple engineering teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and Business teams.
Coordinate delivery for eCommerce websites and Mobile applications (iOS/Android).
Remove blockers, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.
Drive planning, resource allocation, roadmap execution, and continuous process improvements.
Coach Agile teams and promote engineering best practices.
Monitor delivery metrics, velocity, burndown, and overall program health.
Provide technical guidance while supporting engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
Strong experience managing multiple teams in complex enterprise environments.
6+ years leading software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience in the Retail/eCommerce industry.
Experience delivering eCommerce platforms and Mobile Applications (Android/iOS) .
Strong understanding of software development processes, distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Architecture teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while influencing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
Knowledge of engineering metrics such as code coverage, reliability, capacity, and service performance.
Experience leading Agile transformations or coaching Scrum teams.
