We are seeking a passionate WordPress Developer to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress, page builders, theme customization, WooCommerce, and API integrations. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn WordPress Developer (Trainee/Fresher) who has a strong foundation in WordPress development and is ready to work on live projects. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of hands-on experience through internships, training, freelance work, or personal projects.

The Trainee Employee Program is designed for candidates who demonstrate strong potential but require additional practical exposure before independently handling client projects.
During this three-month program, you'll work on live projects under the guidance of experienced team members, receive regular feedback, and develop the skills needed to transition into a Permanent Employee role.

Upon successful completion of the program, trainees may be confirmed as Permanent Employees, based on performance and business requirements.
After confirmation, the standard employment policies applicable to Permanent Employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites using themes, templates, and page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Oxygen.
- Customize WordPress themes and templates under the guidance of senior developers.
- Work with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website customization and functionality.
- Assist in implementing and managing WooCommerce stores and e-commerce features.
- Use Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro), including Repeater Fields, for dynamic website content.
- Support API integrations and connect third-party tools and services with WordPress.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Perform basic testing, bug fixing, and quality checks before deployment.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project coordinators to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain clean documentation of tasks, updates, and customizations.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of WordPress CMS.
- Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Oxygen.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and WordPress theme customization.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce website development.
- Exposure to REST APIs and third-party integrations is a plus.
- Knowledge of Shopify or Webflow is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Freshers or trainees with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience through internships, training programs, freelance work, or live projects in WordPress development.
- Candidates must have practical experience building or customizing WordPress websites.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or sample websites showcasing WordPress work is preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in BCA, B.Tech, MCA, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
